If you have a catering license, you may be able to sell alcohol outside of you licensed premises (i.e. patio, inside, etc.). Please check with AGCO directly on requirements.

For businesses that do not have a catering license, an AGCO Special Occasion Permit is required.

Power will not be available, it is recommended to bring your power source if necessary for your set up.

Yes, each member will be provided with a table as long as they have completed the sign-up form.

Ensure that all deliveries are received before the streets close on September 12 at 7:00 a.m.. If you are in urgent need of a delivery on September 12, contact the office.

A security firm has been hired for the evening event in Springer Market Square.

Public washrooms are available at City Hall and the Visitor Information Centre.

City Hall entrance is through the lower level amphitheater.

Check the site maps provided for additional washrooms, which will be confirmed closer to.

The BIA is negotiating appropriate insurance in case of weather.
